May We Say Hi?
About our name.
CheapAzz Cabinets is part wordplay, part honest mission statement. A large percentage of cabinet shoppers just want a decent cabinet at a great price. That's exactly what we're built to do. We've designed every part of our process to be as efficient as possible, backed by real support. When your cabinets arrive, they'll meet the construction specs we promise for each line, including plywood case construction on many models. The name is a little fun. The manufacturer relationships behind it are not a joke.
And when we hired the donkeys as our mascots, we fell completely in love with them. Help us keep them employed for a long time.
Why we started.
The cabinet business is one of the most competitive commodity supply chains out there, which is great for you in theory. But our installation business has watched people buy cabinets from the inside for years. To earn more profit, many companies make the process more complicated than it needs to be. High-pressure upsells are common. What looks like a deal often isn't once you hit a few gotchas built in after the order. And if you're a one-time customer, some companies have already decided they don't care.
Once an order is placed, it's hard to unwind. A company finding ways to earn more from your order after the fact is not a surprise to them. Until it's your surprise.
We believe we can earn a good, fair living by treating you well. So we built CheapAzz Cabinets to fix the things that made so many of our own customers' experiences harder than they needed to be. We want to see pictures of your finished kitchen. We mean that.
Who's behind CheapAzz Cabinets?
Two brothers who grew up on a farm in Middle Tennessee. They were born 20 years apart. The older brother became a broadcaster at 18 and dove into a lifelong career in technology. The younger, much smarter brother learned construction and built a beloved regional cabinet business. His track record includes over $2 million of successful cabinetry installs. He's seen every step of this industry from entry-level to custom. He and his team understand installation, even in the most challenging of residential and commercial settings. By creating many thrilled clients, he knew a better option for cabinet e-commerce would be successful (even in such a crowded market.)
Our digital storefront is completely custom-built and managed in-house. Because we developed our own software, we're working to build the most streamlined experience possible. If you can suggest even the smallest improvement, we'll listen. We love your comments, and take them to heart. So, at our core, we're led by two brothers devoted to you having a satisfying experience sourcing quality cabinetry.
We've built real, free tools for you.
Right here at CheapAzzCabinets.com you'll find guides, project managers, quote assistance forms for homeowners and pros, and a layout tool that lets you assemble cabinets along a wall to see how they fill a space before you order. You can track every order, save projects in progress, ask for help, and send us plans. Our support system lives inside your account, so every conversation is archived and nothing falls through the cracks. You can see exactly how fast we respond, and you'll have a full history of everything you've done with us.
We built these tools because a well-prepared order is a happy order. And a happy order is good for everyone.
We practice radical transparency.
One of the biggest problems in the cabinet industry is how companies handle tough realities. Cabinets are heavy. Shipping costs real money. That cost is either charged honestly or buried in inflated margins. Returns on freight shipments are expensive and logistically complicated. Inspection windows exist for good reasons.
The policies themselves are usually fair. The problem is that most companies hide them, because they don't want you comparing their fine print before you click order. You won't find out about the inspection window until pallets are sitting in your driveway.
A lot of buyers have never dealt with freight in their lives. They're expecting an Amazon return experience on a pallet of cabinetry, and nobody warned them otherwise.
We will warn you. Upfront, in plain language, before you spend a dollar. We know we'll lose some sales because of it. We're fine with that.
We really don't want you surprised by anything.
Our measurement tools, training pages, cart notices, and quote systems are built specifically to catch problems before they become problems. Getting the order right up front makes everything easier for you and for us. Cabinets are often part of a larger-scope project with countertop installers, plumbers, electricians, and appliance deliveries all on the calendar. When cabinets go wrong, the whole choreography falls apart. We've lived on those job sites for years. We know what that costs.
So we'll do everything we can, in ways that may actually surprise you, to help you get it right the first time. When you're standing in your finished kitchen, we want it to be all excitement about a job well done.
We're genuinely happy to sell you just a few cabinets. Really.
Here's what we hear constantly: "We have a small order and nobody wants to talk to us." "We asked for three cabinets, they tried to upsell us to a whole kitchen." Or "We wanted their entry-level cabinet, then they told us why it's not actually all that great and we need a better one." We'd install our core lines anywhere, as they are quality construction without breaking the bank. On small orders we do work harder to get the shipping right, but we'll put in that extra work to give you the best offer we can. That's on every order. We want small-order cabinet buyers to know we're glad to earn all business. You won't be discouraged or forgotten.
We are driven by results. That means YOUR results.
When we hear we saved a customer several hundred or a few thousand dollars, that excites us. It confirms our concept and makes our team happy. But when we see the result, when a customer or client is kind enough to share finished project pictures, that really makes us proud. We want to be part of your journey from start to finish. Maybe that's renewal of a bath or laundry room you've been putting off for years. Maybe that's getting cabinetry installed in 150 apartments. Our goal is to make customers so pleased they wouldn't want to source cabinets anywhere else.
