What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it

Effective March 20, 2026. We run a cabinet business, not a data-harvesting side hustle. We collect the information required to quote, ship, support, and protect high-ticket orders.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, request a quote, place an order, contact support, or use pro tools, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order history, support history, and the products you save or purchase.

Why We Use It

We use this information to price orders correctly, prevent fraud, coordinate freight delivery, answer support requests, provide order updates, and maintain records tied to the customer who placed the order. For pro accounts, we also use account details to determine business verification and pricing eligibility.

Payments

Payment details are handled only as needed to process the order through the methods we offer. We do not claim to store reusable credit-card profiles unless and until that feature is explicitly launched and disclosed. At launch, our public checkout is bank-transfer focused.

Shipping and Service Providers

We may share the minimum necessary order and delivery information with carriers, payment providers, fraud-prevention tools, and software vendors used to run the business. We do not sell your personal information for third-party marketing.

Support Messages and Order Records

If you contact us, open a support ticket, or message through your account, we keep those records so our team can help with the same job later without making you start over. We also retain order records for accounting, warranty, freight, and dispute purposes.

Site Usage Data

Like most ecommerce sites, we may collect basic technical data such as IP address, device or browser information, and activity needed for security, analytics, and performance monitoring. That data is used to run and improve the site, not to play games with hidden pricing.

You can contact us at our contact page if you need account updates, support help, or questions about how your information is being used. If legal or operational recordkeeping requires us to retain certain order information, we will say so.
