No. All prices are visible to everyone. An account is created during checkout and gives you order tracking, project management, and support access.
We accept bank transfer (ACH) for all orders. This keeps our prices low by eliminating credit card processing fees. Established customers may have additional payment options.

Shipping
Shipping varies by location. Add items to your cart and enter your ZIP code to see your exact shipping estimate, including any freight credits your order qualifies for.
Delivery times vary by region, typically 3–15 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse.
We offer freight credits that increase with your order size. Larger orders receive larger credits toward shipping costs.
LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is how palletized goods are shipped. Your cabinets arrive on a pallet via a freight carrier and are delivered curbside. See our shipping page for full details.
Cabinets
RTA stands for Ready to Assemble. Cabinets arrive flat-packed with all pieces pre-cut, pre-drilled, and labeled. You assemble them with basic tools. See our Why RTA page for more details.

Accounts
An account gives you order tracking, project management, support ticket tracking, a messages inbox, favorites, and saved carts. It also lets us provide better service because we can see your order history when you contact us.
We do not store credit card or bank account numbers. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or via encrypted authorization to our office. Your personal information is used only to fulfill your orders and provide customer service.
